Attitude
A settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person’s behavior.

Passion
A strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something, or about doing something.

Enthusiasm
Intense and eager enjoyment, interest, or approval.

These are not learned skills – it comes from within, and they are critical success factors. People with the right attitude, passion, and enthusiasm magnify whatever talent and skills they have exponentially. Those lacking any of these three qualities marginalize whatever talent and skills they have drastically. As Mark Twain once said, Enthusiasm is caught, not taught. That applies to the other two as well. We all have it, some nurture and cultivate it, others dismiss it – it’s all up to you.
